burda easy fashion day

Although I have quite a couple of sewing patterns/ burdas, I have to write down one title very often as my pattern source: burda easy fasion autumn/winter 2/2005. So I just had to dedicate a blog post to it.

Obwohl ich einen großen Stapel an Schnittmustern bzw. burda Zeitschriften habe, schreibe ich häufig die selbe Publikation als Quelle der Schnitte meiner Kleidung: burda easy fasion Herbst/Winter 2005. Und deshalb bekommt diese Zeitschrift heute einen ganzen Post gewidmet.

I suppose I'm not the only one who has a favorite source. Something that just got the patterns and styling perfectly matching your taste. This is mine and here is a small overview of the patterns included:

Ich kann mir denken, dass ich nicht die einzige mit einer Lieblingsquelle bin. Eine Zeitschrift der Schnitte und Styling ganz genau ins Schwarze getroffen haben. Und genau das stimmt hier überein. Hier erstmal ein kleiner Überblick über die enthaltenden Schnitte+1 Strickmuster.

I already have a similar skirt, but isn't this look gorgeous?!

They are grouped by the same pattern, so we have: coat, trousers, tunic, small blazer, circle skirt, panel skirt, gathered skirt and bandeau. There also is a knitting pattern for a sweater and a couple of instructions for accessoiries. I made so far in this order: the sweater (2006), trousers (2007), coat (2008/09) and circle skirt (2010). I never really laid this publication down. ;)

This picture must have made something with my head: I bought the same umbrella years later without even noticing at first - it has a pointy top, which is what sold me, I thought at least.

Grundlegend sind folgende Schnitte enthalten: Mantel, Hosen, Tunika, kleiner Blazer, Tellerrock, Bahnenrock, gereihter Rock und Bandeau Top. Es gibt außerdem ein Strickmuster für einen Pullover und ein paar Accessoire-Anleitungen. Bisher entstanden in der folgenden Reihenfolge: der Pullover (2006), die Hose (2006), der Mantel (2008/09) und der Tellerrock (2010). Wie man sieht hab ich die Zeitschrift nie wirklich zu den Akten gelegt. ;)

This is the picture that made me long to make this coat and recreate the russian princess look.
